Marketing & Sales Executive

E & G TRAINING is on the hunt for talented and enthusiastic individuals to lead our Marketing/Sales team. This role is a blend of Marketing and Sales where you’ll help shape and build both of them.

You'll spend about 60% of your time driving marketing initiatives from conception to execution and 40% on B2C sales. Plus, you’ll be there to support our B2B sales team when needed.

This role comes with significant growth potential. While you won’t have direct management responsibilities initially, as we expand, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own Marketing and Sales team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

Marketing: 

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans aligned with business objectives. 
• Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and trend identification. 
• Oversee marketing budget allocation and management. 
• Lead all B2B and B2C marketing activities, including organizing online and offline promotional events and running ads on various platforms. 
• Boost E & G’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more through content creation, boosted posts, and audience engagement. 
• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth. 
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, videos, proposals, leaflets and promotional gifts.

Sales:

• Work with the Director to establish B2C sales goals, strategies, and targets. 
• Manage B2C leads and implement sales strategies to convert them into paying customers, including building relationships, providing product information, closing sales, and offering ongoing support. 
• Support B2B sales activities by identifying and nurturing leads and maintaining client relationships. 
• Collaborate with the Director to optimize B2B sales processes, sales scripts, and best practices.
