2. Responsibility in operating the application

- Perform normal operations: Monitor the system, run daily jobs / services, lock day, lock month, lock year.

- Performing special operations: Troubleshooting, problems, archive execution, backup testing, restoration test, patching testing.

- Manage and update CMDB for application layer configuration.
